Lately I been accepting challenges into my life , so when I was offered to take a movement challenge, I jumped on the opportunity.
Ok so movement , I used to do a lot of it when I was younger , I was an over weight child and battled with it all my life.
When I turned 16 I decided to change my life , I got into shape , felt good and looked even better .
As the years passed by I neglected my movement sessions .
Over the years of my life I took many movement classes , but it has been a while sense I’ve done it on a regular basis.
So I’m getting back on track and 6 days a week I will post my back on track daily movement videos right here on steem it , you can do the same and join me , change your life in every way , start today .
