Wellness in Chaotic Times

Not very distant from my overpriced studio flat is a grassy median strip amongst overpriced properties, homes perhaps, that's almost like a park in this itself. There are signs posted advising drivers not to drive or park on the grass because unless specifically told NOT to do something humans will do it regardless of it's stupidity or destruction to life.
People like to walk their dogs here but don't like to clean up after said pets, so watch out for land mines, as a Navy shipmate put it.
The more you have the more you have to lose and as I walk through the opulent settings of this area... which doesn't quite have the feel of a neighborhood, I'm wondering how the turn in the economy is affecting the nearly-rich. The upper middle class of millionaires.
