How to Make Bagel Sourdough

well, the ingredients you have to prepare to make sourdough bagels are certainly very simple and cheap, you can get all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. the first ingredients you have to prepare are flour, sugar, salt, yeast, margarine, white and black sesame seeds, baking soda, chocolate jam and mineral water. After you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step of making sourdough bagels.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 15 tablespoons of flour, half a tablespoon of yeast, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of powdered milk. After that, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a whisk only.

the second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, then all you have to do is add enough water to the dry dough or you can also add 1 egg into the dry dough. Next, knead the dough by hand until half smooth or you too can use a mixer.

the third step, after the dough has been kneaded until the dough becomes half smooth, then all you have to do is add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. After that, knead the dough again by using your hands until it is smooth.

the fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until smooth, then cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 40 or 60 minutes depending on your room temperature.

the fifth step, after the dough has doubled from before, the next thing you have to do is prepare a work mat and put the dough on the work mat. then, cut the dough into 6 parts with the same weight and size, you can use a scale first. After that, round all the dough and cover the dough again with a clean cloth. let donan rest for about 20 minutes.

the sixth step, after the dough has been rested for 20 minutes, then take 1 dough and roll the dough lengthwise like the photo above. You can use your hands only to roll the dough while you press it with your palms so that the air in the dough comes out.
