A Christmas Special Treat

Hi everyone -xxx-

Liss here today I give you a special recipe treat for Christmas,
I love baking and last year when I made this recipe as dessert everyone loved it.
I also had to make it for other people –xxx-

This recipe is for 8 people.

So step one is to get the ingredients

1 cup espresso (200ml)
1 or 2 spoon Amarreto ( I like to because it makes the taste so much better)
125 ml whipped cream
50 g sugar
500 g mascarpone (soft cream cheese)
Long fingers biscuit 200g ( depends on how much you want to put in)
Cacao for the topping so you don’t need much
800 gr Chocolate ( depends on how big you make them)

Material you need:

8 Balloons ( I always make one or two extra because you never know)
2 bowls
A mixer
A spoon
A plate for the chocolate balloon cups
A scale

And what Christmas music to start with a lovely recipe to bake

The we go to the second step: Making and Baking (L)

First you have to make the balloons ready so that you can use it when the chocolate ready is.
Take the chocolate and melt it. But be careful not to burn it.
You can put it in the microwave and have to stir it every few seconds
Then when the chocolate is melted you take a balloon and put it in the chocolate.
Not to big but as big as you want your bowl to be.

You can see in the pictures the way I do it.

When you finched you put the balloons in the fridge to let it get hard for about 30 minutes.

Now where going to make the tirmanisu.
First make a cup espresso and let it cool down.
Put the sugar and the wipped cream in a bowl and mix it till a creamy mixture.
Then you take the marscapone and you mix it all thogheter with the sugar and cream.
1 minute is more then enough.
Then you take the espresso and you put the ameratto in it.

Then you take the chocolade bowls out of the fridge and put a needle in the balloon so that it breaks.
You have to be carefull and take the balloon out of the chocolate.

Then you put a long finger in the espresso and dip it a few times.
Everytime you put a finger in the esspreso and put it as fist layer in the chocolate bowl.
Second layer is with the cream you made and then you do another layer with long fingers and a second layer with cream. As finisch touch you put a little cacao on the top and decorate it the way you like it.
