Many of the inner cities seem to be eating their own selves and rather than look inward, the problems are blamed on external forces. There are many third world countries that look just as bad as these pictures,if not worse, but you see pictures of a smiling, happy community with individuals willing to lend a helping hand to their neighbor.

It's a moral decay problem. But many people would rather pass the buck rather than reflect inwardly to see how they fix themselves and ultimately humanity.
