This post contains two contracts.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 100 SBD to @johnz14. He promises to repay 110 SBD in two weeks time.

The Bank retains the Owner key of @johnz14 and shall return it when this loan is complete.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 235 steem to @boyasyie. Since he currently owes 49 steem, the Bank shall pay him 186 steem. He promises to repay 250 steem in one months time.

The Bank retains the Owner key of @boyasyie and shall return it when this loan is complete.

    I think this is a good agreement, because with this loan they can cancel or invest in something productive for each person, that work is very interesting because it carries the personal stamp of the trust you place with the borrowers. Greetings, @neoxian
