The Pai Mei Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-05-02

This post contains two contracts.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 500 steem to @hsynterkr. He promises to repay 550 steem. He shall repay 50 steem per week until 550 steem is reached. The first payment shall be on May 7, 2018.

@hsynterkr will give to the Bank the Owner keys of both @hsynterkr and @steemia-io, see terms below:

@hsynterkr shall hereafter be known as the lendee..
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new active and posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan an amount of SBD equal to 900 usd to @rawdawg. It shall be 260 SBD. @rawdawg promises to repay a total of SBD equal to 1100 usd. At the end of each month he shall pay an amount of SBD equal to $137.5 usd. These payments shall be made until 1100 usd is reached.

The website coinmarketcap.com shall be used to determine the price of SBD for the purposes of payment.

@rawdawg shall hereafter be known as the lendee..

First contract is okay, but I think the Second contract is not a good one for you. I feel SBD price will rise anytime now! If that happen you will be on a loss!
Anyway, I don't know Kung-fu, but I know Karate :D

The truth is that I do not know anything about Kung Fu, but I have always liked this type of film; that with Pai Mei is a classic unmissable.

@neoxian, Kung-Fu is a martial arts originating from Tiongkok (China). Kung-Fu also has a very long history in its development. Kung-Fu in the modern era was introduced by an athlete or actor Bruce Lee in the western hemisphere, to learn this martial arts must require persistence and perseverance is very high. This is a martial arts that has been used as one of the sports competed, because every movement that exists in Kung-Fu is very beautiful and has amazing artistic value. I've learned this Kung-Fu but not finished because I have no perseverance in practicing. My teacher says if we can learn this martial arts we will be in line by friends and in fear by the enemy.
