Ultimatum

I inform all members of the Group of 30, directors of all banks, heads of states and governments, directors of foundations, companies and political organizations of my right to use all available resources to implement the goals and objectives set forth in the text of the Constitution of the Community Rus’. Everything I need for my work must be provided to me at my first request and without any preconditions. Violators of my rights will be declared criminals and punished according to the articles 2.5, 3.2, 3.7, 3.8, 4.1, 7.5, 7.12 of the Constitution.
