I thought a male in his teens should commit to sports as physical strenuous exercise, so I went intense into swimming and basketball and badminton. But I enjoy being more here with my body during exercise, and how 'everything else' fades while you're gasping for air. I don't enjoy watching sports so I dislike myself being competitive in sports or anything competitive. Everything has a self expression point then competition is sprinkled liberally which tend to make one forget the enjoyment of doing something by yourself from conception to final result.
