"Bravery is not the absence of fear. Bravery is feeling the fear, the doubt, the insecurity, and deciding that something else is more important."- Mark Manson.

Being brave is not a function of one's inability to feel fear, doubt, or insecurity, it is the dogged determination of man's resolve to make lemonade out of every lemon thrown at him.

What has being brave got to do with life and how we see things happen?
Does being brave mean there should exist no fear, doubt or insecurity?
What is your definition of the individual you are and will want to be?

Blessed!

Pulling weights or pumping iron doesn't make for the absence of fear in a man because, feeding the physical being does not make for the enrichment of the spiritual.

Haven't you heard of the term, "not by power and not by might, but by the spirit of God?" Well, it isn't far from what life is and what is obtained every single day.
You need to keep pulling down fences both visible and invincible and worry less about fear, doubt and insecurity.

When strong men cry, it is just a simple indication that, they have held on to not cry for so long that they just have to make it rain so they can keep staying strong.
Being strong and ripped will not guarantee an easy life, so suck it up and pull the fences down.

Excelente, yo le añadiría: ser valiente es no dejarse amilanar por la incertidumbre ni retraerse por las caídas, es levantarse y proseguir como verdaderos guerreros combatiendo con la espada de la justicia.
