This looks like a recipe I came across many years ago. Where you can make a simple sorbet from a small orange or mandarin, and use the full peel as the dish. Is that what you've done here? It looks like that's what this is. And it looks so nicely presented too, with the pink dish and small green spoon. The person you made this for is a lucky person!
