Before now much better while others crying, I enjoying these beautiful views that life gives me and I know that many will love it. More to the new team to which he has been part of for a long time, very happy for all the great moral support that is much more important. That everything you can dream in life is what is valued and appreciated that others do not thank you but you are what you harvest.

Much has been said about frustration and how to manage it, but what is frustration really and how can we face it? Well, to begin with let's define what it is. We understand frustration as an emotional response which has its origin in a conflict of a psychological nature in the face of some circumstance or unmanaged event.

As I told you, I bring you some very beautiful views, from the same place on a day that seemed clear. But it was not in the part that I wanted in the last pictures I will show you, to which I refer I hope to have the pleasure of finding it. In another visit to this beautiful place have it cleared as I want it I think the third will be the vanquished, as in the first visit my mountain was cloudy that. Cause in me some frustration not get what I want and when I want it.

This leads us, then, to the fact that such an event has an impact on our person and that, depending on various factors, some complexes of control influence the correct management of that impact. It is logical to think that not all of us are capable of managing an emotional issue in the same way, because as they say, each person is a world.

As I see that my educational posts love this, it is only a part of this whole article that I am going to share. Until it ends so that they learn to control their frustration and not pay it off with others, that nobody is to blame for that if not for yourself. And to finish with this blog of photos for the Simón Bolívar National Park, some photos use them like 15 days or more in black and white. And I informed them that I would use them again in their original state and here they are, also that they look at the mountain in the water. I would love to see it completely is to say the full Avila without clouds or anything, more a sunset from here and with this I say goodbye thank you very much for reading my regards.
