How to Make the Perfect Bechamel Sauce

You can use this sauce for a variety of things:

  • Pasta Bakes
  • Cheese Sauce
  • Lasagna
  • Plus Many more

    Here are the ingredients you will need:

  • 60g butter,/li>
  • 60g plain flour
  • 600ml Milk

  • Method:

    1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
    2. Stir in the flour. Whisk in a little of the milk at a time, stirring continuously until you have a smooth, slightly thick sauce.
    3. Remove from the heat and use as needed.
