Hola amigos de Foodies! hoy vengo a compartirles una clasica salsa bechamel pero con una opcion con pollo y verduras para hacerla mas deliciosa aun! Es muy sencilla de hacer, les dejo el paso a paso!
In a pot with a little oil or butter, we are going to add onion, garlic, grated carrot, mushrooms and chicken pieces.
En una olla con un poco de aceite o manteca vamos a agregar cebolla, ajo, zanahoria rallada, champignones y trozos de pollo.
When the base is ready we are going to start making the bechamel sauce, so inside the pot we are going to place a piece of butter.
Cuando la base ya esté lista vamos a empezar a hacer la salsa bechamel, asi que dentro de la olla vamos a colocar un trozo de manteca.
When the butter melts we are going to add flour at once and we are going to integrate with a wooden spoon all the ingredients until forming a paste
Cuando la manteca se derrita vamos a agregar harina de golpe y vamos a integrar con una cuchara de madera todos los ingredientes hasta formar una pasta
Then we are going to add milk in a stream and we are going to stir so that the sauce is made, we are going to add the milk little by little until we achieve the desired consistency
Entonces vamos a agregar leche de a chorros y vamos a ir revolviendo para que se vaya haciendo la salsa, vamos a ir agregando la leche poco a poco hasta lograr la consistencia deseada
