The coldest national capital in the world is Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar's status as the coldest capital is caused by its relatively high latitude (47°55′N), high altitude (1350 m above sea level), and its location far from any sea coast. The interior of the Eurasian continent becomes extremely cold during the winter and this effect is felt in full in Ulaanbaatar. The average temperature in February is -16 C. The average annual temperature is -1.3 C. The second coldest national capital is Astana, Kazakhstan at +3.5 C. The third coldest is Moscow, Russia at +4.1 C. The fourth coldest is Helsinki, Finland at +4.5 C. The population of Ulaanbaatar is 1.4 million.

I like snow when there is no freezing wind. But don't like too much cold.
Maybe Ulaanbaatar is beautiful, but I won't be able to grow to a healthy potato there.
I'd rather live on the hot island and eat bananas.

De verdad que eres genial en tus comentarios.

You really are great in your comments. LOL

That city looks good on the night, I like the photos of cities at night they look like more alive, The coldest capital who would have thought?
well mongolia and china make an unbelievable winter clothes with camel hair, so that is cool.

And I thought Kashmir is cold , an average of -1.3 is bad.
But it is a beautiful place, that view from the top is amazing
