Restaurant Style Seekh Kabab
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Beef Minsed 1 kg (with 20% fat)
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 Grated
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Turmeric Powder 1/4 tbs
-Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbs
-Gram Flour 2 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a Chopper,add beef, garlic,ginger,onion,green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,garam masala powder,coriander powder,red chilli, salt, turmeric powder and chop well.

-Dip hands in oil & take a mixture (55g) and make kababs of equal sizes on skewer (makes 6).
-In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry kababs on medium flame from all sides until done (approx. 6-8 minutes)
-Serve with raita!
