Cooper’s Celebration Ale (APA)Beer Review at Good Beer

in beer-review •  7 years ago

One of the beer shops with the largest imported selection of beer in Dalian is actually straight up called Good Beer.

This is a fine ale to enjoy with some salty meats such as Chinese style roast pork. It’s imported from Australia and we know how much they love beer, about as much as anywhere else.

” Pouring with a rich, ruby red hue, Celebration Ale's aroma imparts fruit and citrus notes while each mouthful highlights malt driven flavour, artfully balanced with refreshingly crisp bitterness. This amber masterpiece is bottle fermented and created with a rich palette of malted barley, crystal malt, 3 varieties of hops and our famous Coopers ale yeast. No additives. No preservatives.”

It has an excellent colour and pours nicely in a pint glass. Well, pouring a good beer is an art form in its self. Of course where you drink is also important to having a good time with beer. At Good Beer formerly known as Just Beer there is no shortage of premium options from all around the world.

I’m sure you will like it. If it can find its way to China I’m certain it will find its way to where ever you may be. It’s much better than most of the local beer I drink here in Dalian though I do like some of the local brews which are a heck of a lot cheaper.

Chinese beer has a lot less alcohol content than most western beer, even less than most American beers which make’s way for many trip to bathroom. I do look for good imported beer for this reason but they do lack Canadian beers. I have seen some good ones here in China but they were not bought in Dalian rather brought to Dalian. Maybe I should make a request.

I like dark beer. First swig always the best :) GRINBERGEN is the best

I'll have to try that. maybe they got it. I can check.

I love the name, 'Cooper's Celebration Ale.'

I like the name too. that's what caught my attention. The bottle also reminded me home. I think I'm getting homesick.
