Annually, Due South has Trench Day where they celebrate the release of their award winning Mariana Trench Imperial Stout. The 2018 Trench Day featured 11 variants. I am a personal fan of imperial stouts and Due South's Mariana Trench does not disappoint. This review is going to include all the variants poured. Not all Mariana Trench variants are available for sale so if you are able to find yourself in South Florida, I would definitely look them up.
