Beer Tasting - Abt/Quadrupel ('Rochefort Trappistes 10' by Brasserie Rochefort)

I'm so getting kicked out of every trade. Is the volatility higher than usual these days or is it just my feeling? I don’t think I’m crazy. I opened this prize of a beer to calm down.

I usually put stop loss at 5-10% with sometimes up to 15% if I really feel it’s warranted. But these days it’s 40% swings all the time. I don’t know. I need a better tactic.

Here’s an example - OMG, a popular mid sized alt. I got kicked out twice in less than a week. Maybe I should just take a break. I just feel that without stop loss in place it’s turning into pure gamble.

At least my friend Rochefort is always there for me when I need it. Ultra-strong and tasty. For that special days when you want to indulge yourself.

I found Steeemfest beer coasters in my bag! Pretty cool. Now I can add the official logo to my tastings. Also, if you look closely, it functions as a cold storage wallet. You just turn it upside down and write your favourite crypto gibberish on it. Works until you stain it with beer too much.

Appearance	Deep brown color with huge rocky tan head
Aroma	Raspberry syrup. Sweet red wine. Cherry. Butterscotch
Taste	Raisins, spices, cloves, malts, alcoholic sweetness. The lot of it in the mix.
Palate	Pretty heavy carbonisation. Full body. Leaves acidic bitterness and noticeable alcohol. Warms the palate. Hey! It's 11.3% after all!

Overall	Amazing product in it's complexity. Really a dessert beer. Definitely not for everyday due to high price and high alcohol content. I'm leaning towards Rochefort 8 a bit though. Full flavour with less alcoholic feel. Still, if you are really into discovering beer, unforgettable.
Score (subjective)	19/20

Price: 30 kuna (4.65$) for 0.33 ml. Supermarket. Splurge.
