In Vienna there is actually a vending machine selling beer. It's located at a restaurant, 7 Sternbräu, which I can highly recommend. They have a great selection of different types of beers, and as you can see I couldn't resist and had to buy one from the vending machine 😀

Around 15 years ago there were even"normal" vending machines where you could buy beers next to Coke, Fanta or Sprite. One of them was located at the train station, which was great: my friends and me could always get one final beer for the way home after going out 😀
