During my trip to Australia, I learned that there isn’t really a good selection of craft beer in Australia. There are, of course, a few exceptions. 4 Pines is one of the more notable craft operations. This Kolsch was very crisp and had a nice buttery flavor. It proved to be a great way to cool off on a hot and sunny day walking around Sydney. It paired very well with a ravioli with pesto sauce.
