Beer was there way here 5,000 thousand years ago.

A group of scientists recently claimed to find evidence that the Chinese brewed 5,000 years ago.

Like many men in the world, you are the masterwork of gold-plated beer with the rich flavor of the grains used to make them. But have you ever wondered where beer originated and where it was produced for the first time?
In a paper just published today, PNAS researchers have produced evidence that the Chinese brewed 5,000 thousand years ago.

This statement immediately raised doubts in the scientific world because we know that beer can not last long under normal environmental conditions. Even in the case of a ship carrying a wrecked beer and the number of goods perfectly preserved by sea water, the maximum lifetime of the scientists is only 170 years.

So it is unlikely that archaeologists could dig a bottle of beer 5,000 years ago in China. Instead, people find tools and plants that show the presence of beer distillation.

Specifically, they find containers, basins and chimneys commonly used in traditional brewing. Not only that, these items also contain oxalate residue, a byproduct often seen when brewing.

The scientists also found evidence of the presence of barley, earlier than previous findings about 1000 years. Modern brewers produce this drink from ancient recipes about 4000 years ago. The earliest evidence of barley beer previously identified in Iran dates from 3400 BC.

The recent discovery by PNAS researchers, if proven, will change the history of beer development, one of the world's most popular drinks.
