AppearanceClear ruby hue, with a foamy light white head
AromaCranberries and black currant and bready yeast note
TasteCranberries at the forefront, the sweetness from the malt come up quickly after. Hop is present but so far in the background it's hardly noticeable.
PalateTart but the sweetness from the malt is really good balance. This medium light body is sour all the way and in the aftertaste without being too arch unpleasant.
OverallFor the summer a super refreshing and well balanced beer. Having the sourness of a Brett without being one. This beer could be easily used in Mixology for creating drink. It's open mind light body's could be dressed up with other flavour.
Personal score8/10 compare to other fruity beer.

A Ruby Pale ale, really clear beer, fruity smell and light color. At first a pretty sour taste of cranberry and cherry, followed by a sweet light malt body and an end note of bitterness and astringency as found in cranberry juice. Nothing complex here, but a well balance light body beer well control over the fruity additions. Perfect in summer time
