Drink Healthy Beers

Most of the people think of drinking beer is not really good for health as it may lead to obesity and pace up your heart. Well, overdrinking is always bad but having a few beers isn’t the worst thing. The only thing that you need to make sure is they are light beers and low in calories.

The problem with having the healthy or light beers is that they tend to get too diluted so the fun factor becomes apparent. But this is not completely true. I was just going through some beer stuff today and I stumbled upon the following beers that are actually healthy and low in calories but are also good for the fun. It may cost a little more money but what else is there in this world more than your body and health.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

It is also known as IPAs(India Pale Ales) and is nearly 50 times stronger than a normal beer. It packs a hops punch and followed by a high alcohol content and calories. More hops also means more antioxidants (polyphenols) that helps lower cholesterol and cancer. There are actually two version of this beer one that is standard edition (SE) having 175 calories and the other one 231 calories.

Rolling Rock

It is the perfect beer for health conscious people having only 120 calories. It is a Missouri-brewed lager that is pretty light and having a really crisp taste that is not found in 100 calorie beers. Try to avoid its degraded version that is Rock Green light that is way to compromisation with the taste and contains only 84 calories.

Pacifico

It is a Maxican pilsner that contains only 135 calories and 12g of carbs. It is one of the healthiest beer in the market and you don’t have to sacrifice anything for it, yet It contains 4.5% alcohol and tastes better that most of the beers.

Guinness Draught

Guinness Draught is a dark beer and is not higher in alcohol and calories. This dark beer contains fibres that is quantitatively 3.5g which is approximately 1.5g higher that normal beers. It contains only 4% alcohol yet it doesn’t lack in taste. It may be a bit expensive than normal beers but it is completely worth it.
