What do you do when you feel the weight of the world? One thing I do is let go and let God, it sounds easy but it's an action that needs to be done. I find when I stop what I'm doing and take around 15 minutes to meditate in God's presence of love and peace. All of the sudden I will feel refreshed and ready to go. This is something to be practiced. The more you do this the easier it is. This world has a lot going on write now and it;s hard to deal with at times. John 3:16

What is happening in the world has also an effect on me. We are all connected with invisible wires. If the neighbors feel bad, you can feel it too but you are not necessarily unhappy then. If you read the news the words wil enter your inner being. You should handle the bad words and transform them in good things. What should I do with the bad news, what does it mean to myself? I you see children die, you feel sad for the family, even if you do not know them. How does it affect you? If you feel sad, accept the feelings but do not let them harm you. Clean your house, wash your car, write a good article on steemit instead of keep complaining about it :)
