The concept of thought and thinking seems to be a long lost task. It seems the concept of thought is explored by many, however there seem to be many disagreements on the process. The ability to think and generate ideas could be a basic requirement that evolves with experience. Once an individual floods themselves with ideas that might be relevant to their profession, they might be considered an expert at performing the task. Thought seem to be the primary requirement of an individual to excel.
When we consider our personal lives, the concept of thoughts and being considered an expert seems to get difficult to understand. Individuals within communities could be respected for their age and experience, however considering them an expert in managing personal relationships might be questioned by others within the family network or friend circle. There might not be a measure to consider an individual an expert in relationships within a family or between friends. This thought seems to apply to my surrounding too.
It seems that the balance of power seems to be the trick towards a successful family system. The concept might provide equal opportunity to every individual within a network to express, sometimes lead and question others. This concept might provide an individual to at times question themselves too. However, with so many external influencers or multiple relationship circles within an individual’s life, providing a clear power balance to all might be considered a dream. It can be a difficult task for anyone to come back from work and have the ability to generate power balance within our personal networks everyday. Maybe, awareness of the task in hand could generate understanding of the issue to recognize the task in hand.
