Food and Benefits of Stringbeans

Hi to all my fellow steemians friends,

Good evening everyone I wanna share this with you my special and favorite.The string beans and there benefits this is one of the most favorite of my 3 kids when cooked this kind of beans Ohh their plate is nothing left over. Even do it just a simple dish.

First I wanna share how I cook stir fry Adobo String beans.

#Adobo String beans

#These are the Ingredients:

1.1 bunch of string beans

2.3 tbsp. Of soy sauce

3.2 tbsp.cooking oil

  1. 1 medium size of onion

5.2 cloves of garlic

6.a pinch of salt to taste

7.1 tsp.of magic Sarap seasoning

#Prepare for the Ingredients:
First you need to cut the strings beans in 2 inches length.

2.the spices garlic and onion.

3.The soy sauce.

And lastly the cooking oil.

#How to Cook:
1.Saute garlic and onion till golden brown. Then followed by the string beans.

3.Just stir fry on it until the vegetables is tender.
After that it's done.

#What are the benefits of string beans?

You can call them string beans, snap beans, or green beans, but no matter which name you prefer.They're all the same fat-free, low calorie vegetable. The little tucked inside their edible pod are good source of cholesterol lowering fiber, but they're an even better source of several vitamins that contribute to healthy eyes and bones. Even do they don't show it, string beans contains the same pigments that gives vegetables their red, yellow, and orange colors. These pigments called carotenoids, all function as antioxidants, but some also fill other roles. Stringbeans contain three carotenoids:beta-carotene,lutein,and zeaxanthin.

#Beta-carotene is
Converted into retinol which is the form of vitamin A essential for normal night vision.Lutein and zeaxanthin absorb blue light, which protect your eyes from damage caused by this high-intensity light.

#Carotenoids are
Included in the recommended dietary allowance for vitamin A. You'll get 29 percent of your daily allowance from 1 cup of boiled stringbeans.

#Vitamin K for strong bones
Without vitamin k, you would consume plenty of calcium and still have weak bones. Your body need vitamin k to produce the proteins that help your bones take in calcium. It also regulatesbone metabolism, which prevent the loss minerals. These combined roles vitamin k essential for maintaining bone density. Some vitamin k is made by bacterial in your gut. But not enough to meet your needs. Women should consume 90 micrograms of vitamin k daily while men need 120micrograms.Onw cup of boiled Stringbeans contain 20 micrograms of vitamin k.

#C is for Collagen
As an antioxidant, vitamin c neutralize free radicals before they can damage healthy cells.In add addition to guarding cells, vitamin c also protect proteins, fats, carbohydrates,and DNA from free radical. But you can hank vitamin c for more than antioxidant protection. Without an adequate supply of vitamin c, your body can't make collagen. Lack of collagen translate into big problem for your body, because it's the connective tissue used to support and strengthen your skin,bones,tendon and organs.
One cup of boiled Stringbeans contain about 13 percent of your recommended daily allowance of vitamin c.
