I would not be here if that wasn't the case.
Not only that Youtube bans channels but also they delete every video from users database.
( Case of alternative media site Southfront does present this issue well so does Syria Analysis and many more users )
Both sites had their channels blocked, their videos deleted and after reaction form channel owners (Youtube was in the wrong) they got their channels back but without important videos.

Luckily, archives were shared and downloaded. Silly Youtube.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
