Besan Khoya Ladu is an easy to prepare dessert recipe that you can cook for your family and friends at special events and festivals. This Laddo formula means made from a gram (kiss), khoya or mawa, powdered sugar, margarine, green cardamom powder, and raisins. You will be shocked to know that the sweet dish can be prepared in less than 30 minutes and that people of all ages will love it. So put on that creative hat and try this easy recipe!

Ingredients

120 gm khoya

120 gm gram flour (Besan)

1 teaspoon powdered green cardamom

60 gm ghee

120 gm powdered sugar

raisins as required

Method

Step 1: Take a bowl and crumble the khoya in it with your hands, make it smooth.

Step 2: Then, put a kadhai on medium flame and melt ghee in it. When the ghee is hot enough, add the besan in it and roast till the aroma comes out. Turn off the burner when done.

Step 3: Now, add the crumbled khoya in the roasted besan and mix well. Let the mixture cool for a while and add powdered sugar along with cardamom powder in the besan-khoya mix, and mix once again.

Step 4: When the Kisan-Khoya mixture is hot enough to contain it, take two tablespoons of batter in your hand and make the round ball like Lado. Garnish with raisin and serve immediately. Enjoy! (Note: You can also use Cashew to decorate Lados).
