Besan Ladoo is very simple and protein rich sweet sweet dish. In India it is prepared in special festivals and occasions. Also when you are travelling or going to stay somewhere. Lets see the easy recipe of besan ladoo.
Ingredients:
2 cups Besan( Chickpea flour)
2 cups powdered Sugar
1 Cup Ghee
1 tsp Cardamom powder
Dry Fruits of personal choice.
Method:
Roast the besan flour in the ghee till whole house is full of aroma and the besan turns brown and slurry.
once the besan is slurry as seen in the pic turn off the gas and transfer the besan in a dry plate and add sugar and cardamom
Mix the mixture make balls be careful it may be hot. Decorate with dry fruit.
