Hotel and winery made from shipping containers in Valparaiso, Chile. Very clever design, recycling and reusing everything possible, with the aim of having a zero/negative carbon foot print.
Being made from shipping containers it is extremely earthquake resistant and safe, about x100 better than a regular building, Chile is a hot spot for earthquakes.
1st hotel to make it's own wine in the southern hemisphere and 1st place to make it's own wine in Valparaiso.
