English Translation-Venom 2 is an upcoming American superhero movie based on the Marvel Comics character Venom, produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel. Distributed by Sony Pictures Release, it is intended to be the third installment of Sony's Marvel Universe and the sequel to Venom.
Tom Rothman, president of Sony Pictures, chose to call an old friend to oversee one of the study's biggest current projects. According to Collider, Hutch Parker, producer of Logan (among other tapes of the X-men franchise) has joined the production team for Venom 2.
