Hilsa Khichuri

Nababi Khichuri

Ingredients: 1/2 cup of mung bean, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of onion, 1/4 cup of onion, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 2 cups of hot water, 2 tablespoons of raw nuts, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons, raisins 1/4 cup, chopped corn 4/5, rice 500 grams, salt quantity, hot spices 8/9, dry chilli powder 1 teaspoon, oil or ghee quarter cup.

Procedure: Keep mung beans and rice cleaned together and soak it for 1/2 hours. Increase the water. Apply the hot spices and ginger, garlic spinach, onion, chilli powder, chopped coriander and cumin powder to the stove. Mix the rice and pulses. Boil hot water with rice, masala and 4-5 minutes. Cook until done. Keep the sun down when the water gets dry. Then serve hot hot.

Bhuna Khichuri

Ingredients: 1 kg of rice, 1 kg of lentil, 200 grams of onion, 1 cup of onion, cardamom / cardamom 8-9, Tejpatka 2-3, Ginger and garlic paste, 2 tablespoons of rice, 8 to 9 ghee, Ghee half cup, salt quantity, yellow Powder 1 table spoon.

Procedure: First wash the rice and lentil pulses together. Now garnish with a container and fry the onion for a while. When fried, add ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder. When it is kneaded, fry it with rice and pulses for a while. When fried, pour water and keep on straining with cornmeal and cinnamon, cardamom, teaspoon and salt. Now put 2 tablespoons of ghee on top. Then serve hot hot.

Vegetable Masala Khichuri

Ingredients: Carrots, Patalas, Barabati, Papaya, Chichinga or your favorite vegetables 1 kg, Polao rice 500 grams, Ginger-garlic paste, 2 table spoons, 1 cup of onion, Oil half cup, Ghee 1 table spoon, Chapatric acid 8-9, Tejpata 2-3, powders, and jayatri jayaphal bata 1 teaspoon, talk yogurt half cup.

Method: Oil in the first container. Now add onion, ginger, garlic and fry for a while, and then tasting some time with pusa jayateree jayaphal bata. If you are tasted, give them vegetables. After that fry fried, keep down. Gently wipe out a bowl. Breeze, stirring with rice for a while. Now cook the water for a few minutes. When the water gets dry, keep all the vegetables tight. Then put 1 tablespoon of ghee on top and keep it for a while.
