Thanks! I was going to put bibliography section in the final series' post, but you are probably right - it's better to list it at the end of each post, to make it more accessible. Anyways, here is the info on the source you asked about - Dictionary of Deities and Demons in the Bible. Edited by Karel Van Der Toorn, Bob Becking and Pieter W. Van Der Horst.
