How can God help us?
The answer of the bible is very simple: "Jehovah is close to all those who invoke him, of all those who invoke him in attachment to the truth. He will execute (or fulfill) the desire of those who fear him and he will hear his cry and will save them "(Psalm 145: 18,19). What words are so moving! But how does God answer us when we beg him to help us!
Giving us strength
Problems can discourage us physically, emotionally and spiritually (Proverbs 24:10). But jehovah "is giving power reached; and it makes abundant power to abound without energy "(Isaiah 40:29). He betrayed Paul who endured very hard trials, he said: "for all things I have strength by virtue of him who gives me power" (Philippians 4:13).
God strengthened him through his holy spirit and he can do the same for you if he asks for it (Luke 11:13).
Giving us wisdom
What can you do if you need help understanding and following biblical advice? The disciple James wrote "if some of you differ in wisdom, let him continue to ask God, because he gives generously to all, and without reproach; and it will be given to him "(James 1: 5). To act in accordance with your prayers, you must read the Bible and practice its teaching (James 1: 23-25). If you do, check how wise your advice is.
Giving us peace
Even if you go through moments of deep anxiety, jehovah can help you be calm. His word says: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and prayer together with thanksgiving, make known your requests to God, and the peace of God that surpasses all thought will keep your hearts and your faculties by Christ Jesus "(Philippians 4: 6,7). Why do not you ask the jehovah to give him peace?
But what if your problems are not solved right away? Do not think that God is forgotten about you. In fact, when problems persist, jehovah can give us the strength and courage we need to endure (1 Corinthians 10:13). In addition, the Bible promises that the day will come when all our problems will disappear forever.
