- ALL THINGS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO ME BY MY FATHER, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, AND THE ONE TO WHOM THE SON WILLS TO REVEAL HIM.

- Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

• Jesus has authority over everything (Matthew 11:27).
- Jesus is calling those who are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, that He want to give them rest.
HE said they should take His yoke upon them! - The authority over all things is delivered to Jesus by God the Father.
THE authority given to Jesus is extended to those who accepted Him as Lord and Saviour, just as they surrendered their lives to Him and become His disciples: "And the glory which you gave Me [Jesus] I have given them [disciples], that they may be one just as We are One" (John 17:22). - Rest is found in Jesus Christ when you become His disciple.
- You cannot know God the Father without knowing the Son, Jesus, intimately: "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME" (John 14:6).
WHOEVER DENIES THE SON DOES NOT HAVE THE FATHER EITHER; he who acknowledges the son has the Father also."

- If you are weary and carrying heavy burden, come to Jesus.
- The truth is that there are hidden things in the kingdom that are revealed only to those who are ready to follow, be His disciples.
- Jesus said you cannot know the Father except He, Jesus, chose to reveal Him to you.
- If you do allow Jesus to teach you, you will not know the Father and have rest for your soul.
JESUS has come to teach us and show us how to walk or relate with God the Father.
• Following Christ is a yoke and a burden (Matthew 11:30).
PRACTICING God’s Word, doing His Will, is a yoke and a burden!
- Teaching of Jesus Christ is a yoke and a burden: "TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU AND LEARN FROM ME, for I am gentle [meek] and lowly in heart, AND YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS" (Matthew 11:29).
KINGDOM Principles are yokes and burdens! - Becoming His disciple means that you are ready to take His yoke and bear His burden.
BEING a disciple is a yoke and a burden because you will no longer live by your own OPINIONS and SELFISH [and sudden] IMPULSES. - His yoke fits perfectly, that is, it is easy, and His burden is light.
GOD'S Will, His Word, is a yoke and burden but He made it easy and light for us to bear, that is, HE made it easier to do, through the help of the Holy Spirit on the inside of us: "16 And I will pray the Father, AND HE WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER HELPER [Comforter], THAT HE MAY ABIDE WITH YOU FOREVER—18 "I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you" (John 14:16,18). - Rest is found in taking His yoke and bearing His burden which is His Word—teaching (Matthew 11:29).
- Many want to live independently of God, they want to live by their impulses, they want to be free and do things how they feel it should be done without asking the Holy Spirit for any help, guide, or direction.
SOME even see it as a weakness if one needs to ask God, the Holy Spirit, for an assistance. - They claim God has given them brains that they may give Him rest. THAT they would not need to be taking every matter to Him for an approval.
ALBEIT, true rest is when you depend on Him, LIVE BY FAITH IN HIS WORD, and ALLOWING Him to regulate things in your life as He sees fit: "FOR HE WHO HAS ENTERED HIS REST HAS HIMSELF ALSO CEASED FROM HIS WORKS [his own human efforts and allowed God to help him] AS GOD DID FROM HIS" (Hebrews 4:3, emphasis mine). - God knows you cannot live a successful Christian life without His help, that is why the Holy Spirit is given to those who want to walk with Him.
SOME who think they are self-sufficient discovered they cannot get through on some issues or matters even with the resources they have.
THIS amount to pride in the sight of God! - If they however would allow God, through the Holy Spirit on the inside of them; solutions and directions to those things which are intricately difficult for them to handle would have been gotten without any stress.
APOSTLE Paul says: "Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, BUT OUR SUFFICIENCY IS FROM GOD" (2 Corinthians 3:5).
• Let Jesus through the Holy Spirit teach you.
WHEN you learn of Him, you will have rest for your soul (Matthew 11:29).
- Living by the principles of the world makes you weary and groan under heavy BURDEN (1 John 2:15-17).
- Take My yoke upon you Jesus said. For my yoke fits perfectly.
- Let Jesus teach you because He is humble and gentle (Matthew 11:29).
JESUS' burden is light, it is bearable.
• Taking Jesus’ yoke and burden GIVES your insight and understanding of God the Father.
- What are His yokes, they are the teachings of the kingdom.
YOU will find rest for your soul if you follow the principles of the kingdom—His words about the ways and how to live as a believer. - Revelations come through the knowledge of the Word of God, that is, you will know about God, His principles when you allow Jesus through the Holy Spirit to teach you.
- The things you are permitted to pass through in life as a believer in Christ Jesus are part of what He will use to train and teach you about kingdom principles—life in the Spirit.
- Some of the problems you are facing in your life are divinely allowed to teach you about practicalities of the kingdom teachings that you have been taught or read.
- Every revealed truth: What you learned, the ones you got to know in the Bible in your private study time, and the ones you were taught in the church or through the books you have read; are going to be proved by the problems and challenges which are brought your way.
- If you had a problem and you chose to apply the teachings of Jesus, the Bible, you have taken a right path and made a right choice.
YOU will get to know God, His power and greatness, when you live by the teachings, principles, of the Bible. - There is no way you can know God the Father, without following Jesus' teachings—teachings and principles of the Bible.
- Your encounter and knowledge of God come mainly when you started to obey and live by the principles of the Bible.
YOU can never know the faithfulness of God without practicing the written Word of God, the Bible (James 1:25). - God will reveal Himself to you when you begin to obey the Word, the teachings of the Bible
THOSE who grow in the knowledge of God, who's faith is strong, are the people who practice the Word of God—live by its principles. - You cannot know the greatness of God in financial blessing without practicing the principles of tithing and giving of offerings as taught in the Bible, and likewise in every other area of your life.
• If you are weary and heavily BURDEN, Jesus will give you Rest, provided you are ready to follow Him, and live by His teachings—principles of the Bible.
IT is well with you in Jesus’ name!
