These bikes are from a rental bike company that started of in Sydney , Australia they work on a smartphone app you download this app pay for your bike rental on line then the app unlocks the bicycle for you and you ride off the only probably you can ride theses bikes anywhere and when your done just walk away from it maybe another person will use it by using the phone app or not so they are getting left in all sorts of places around Sydney , because there is no parking bay to actually take them back to. It has become a real nuisance around Sydney everywhere you look they are there and it's a shame to have these beautiful looking bikes left or trashed.
