Today, according to CNN, President Biden "took the opportunity to marvel at his own, uniquely American, life story."
CNN quotes him as saying, “'It has been the privilege of my life to serve this nation for over 50 years. Nowhere else could a kid with a stutter from modest beginnings in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and Claymont, Delaware, one day sit behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office as president of the United States.'
“'Here I am,' he added. 'That’s what’s so special about America.'”
WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? If "Nowhere else" means "Nowhere else but in America" then yeah, a kid -- stuttering or otherwise -- who is born and raised in Scranton, PA, doesn't have a chance in hell of becoming the president (or prime minister) of France, Germany, the UK, Japan, or most other countries in the world which require their elected leaders to be born in the country they represent.
But if Biden's point was that nowhere else in the world could a kid from a family of modest means rise to lead a nation, then that point is simply false! For example, John Major, who served as the UK's prime minister from 1990 to 1997, clearly did not come from an affluent background:
“Having left school just before his sixteenth birthday, Major worked as an insurance clerk… Major's father ran a garden ornaments business and his mother worked in a local library and as a part-time dance teacher.”
