The polling couldn't be clearer on this stuff. Voters really dislike Netanyahu. They've generally soured on Israel's conduct in Gaza.
The weirdest part of all of this has basically been Biden going against massive polling headwinds, while Netanyahu lies to his face.
The sanest part of all of this is Biden finally attaching some explicit conditions to US aid to Israel like most of the voters have wanted for awhile now.
You don't have to pretend like the voters are anti-Israel or something. They largely aren't. They aren't anti-Zionist.
But that's the thing. They supported Israel's response to October 7th by and large. Yet they all saw what everyone's been seeing for the last 6 months on Gaza as well.
