Now this question is always the first question to come out of the interviewers mouth, the interviewer is not interested in hearing storied of your family background, all he or she simply wants is your name, academic and professional achievements, institution you currently or have worked for and state relevant experience if any.
Why do you think You're the best Candidate
This is another trickish question. Now the recruiter expects and wants you to talk about your professional experience and achievement, the unique skills you possess that will help their organization grow and add value to them.
What are your Weaknesses
Many candidate black out when they are asked this question, it sounds simple but I tell you its not as simple as it looks. Let them know how you will never leave the office without completing daily task or hitting daily target, let them know how quick you are to trust people which in most cases makes you fall victim, don't start telling them negative things about you.
Where do you see yourself In Five years
This question is just to know how ambitious you are or to check if you're the kind of person who just get a job for financial assistance. While answering this question, let them know how you intend to further yourself academically and professionallyas as you strive to MIT your employers goals. Always tie your goals to the employers goal so as to set a common interest.
How do friends describe you
Now this question is testing you and your personal attributes, do not over hype yourself, be straight to the point and state the best attributes you possess
What do you know about this company
Always have an idea or at least do a day study about the company you want to go for an interview, no company will employ someone who doesn't have a clue of what they stand for. Go to the company website, read about their vision, mission, goals, objective, management and any other thing you can find on their site. Be brief about your answer, they need what is written on their blog and not what you think about them
Do you have any question to ask the panel
Always have a question to ask because if you don't you might loose some mark. You can simply ask them what are their plan to expand their organization. You can also pull a surprise question by asking them when you'll resume work, it shows confidence.
