I love to play the beautiful game. That means soccer to some of you and football for others, depending on what part of the world you live. I get injured constantly, so for both preventative and recovery reasons, i regularly engage in cryotherapy and compression treatments.
Today I started with 20 minutes of the Game Ready ankle cold water compression. Ice cold water is pushed through a compression boot wrapped around your ankle.
Next I had 20 minutes of localized cryotherapy, focusing again on my recently injured ankle and knees. My ankle was at 80 degrees and after the treatment had dropped to about 55 degrees
Now I was ready for the full body cryotherapy, pro setting to get my body core down to below -212 degrees. 3 minutes in the machine is all it takes. This was one of the most intense feelings I have ever experienced in my life.
I finished it off with 30 minutes of leg compression. Now i am ready for the pitch tonight!
