Gia' 2.500 anni fa nell'antica Cina si fumava la cannabis, ma non a scopo ricreativo, bensi' durante rituali religiosi e cerimonie. Lo dimostrano le tracce trovate nelle ceramiche rinvenute in otto tombe del cimitero di Jirzankal, nell'area orientale del Paese
