Hello good day to all steemit friends and followers.. I'm very busy lately of line..actually this post was taken yesterday I took a break spending a lot of time online..
Because I had to do a few things.. On this photo it was only after coming back from market and I was really excited to prepare the cooking task for my nephew's birthday..
Yesterday I choosed to cook caldereta one of my best especialty.and a very popular Filipino dish all time favorite among filipino. though it did not really originate in the Philippines. There are many kinds of caldereta the make use like chicken and duck meat,.
Goat and cows meat. But I choosed the best for me which is spare ribs of pig.
Pork kaldereta spare ribs is very easy to prepare. Marinate the spare ribs in soysauce a little vinegar black pepper according to your taste. Boil for about 30 to 45 mins. When it's tender,set aside.. Sauté garlic onion red bell pepper. Add the pork ribs simmer for 5.mins. Then add the potato carrots Greenpeace.tomato sauce or tomato paste. The taste was enhanced by the used of reno liver spread.if this brand is not available ..i think it is better you can try to use broiling pork liver or chicken liver as an alternative and chop it finely..and add chopped siling labuyu.and ready to serve.
