Chocolate cake with chocolate cream "NUTELLA"
This simple in preparation, but very tasty cake will please with the taste of all shokogolik!
Products:
dough-
flour of 260 g
sugar of 230 g
cocoa of 50 g
baking powder of 2 tsps.
soda of 1 tsp.
eggs of 3 pieces (small) or 2 big
coffee of 100 ml
kefir 1 glass (200 ml)
vegetable oil of 125 g
To connect all dry ingredients it is good to mix, then to add coffee, eggs, kefir, oil. to shake up the mixer to uniformity, dough is ready.
cream -
butter of 300 g
Nutella paste or similar chocolate paste of 200 g
chocolate of black 200 g
Diameter of my form is 22 cm
To bake 40-50 minutes of t of 170 g
Check readiness a wooden skewer.
For cream---(very soft) to connect oil of room temperature to Nutella of also room temperature. To shake up the mixer 2 - 3 minutes, to add the kindled chocolate cooled down and at a low speed of the mixer to mix to uniformity.
