Indonesia adalah negeri yang kaya. Kita adalah negeri yang memiliki hampir semua jenis mineral. Disamping itu, kekayaan flora dan fauna juga teramat besar. Belum lagi jika bicara tentang lahan tidur dan garis pantai. Kita semua akan terkaget-kaget.

Semua kekayaan negeri tersebut seakan tidak terasa. Sebagai negara yang luar biasa kaya, berbagai indeks ukuran masih menunjukan ketertinggalan. Kita masih jauh tertinggal dari beberapa negara yang tidak begitu kaya secara sumber daya alam.

Akhirnya, kita semua meyakini bahwa majunya negeri sangat ditentukan oleh produktifitas warga negaranya. Ini bukan tentang apa yang kita punya, tapi ini tentang apa yang kita lakukan pada apa yang kita punya. Sejauh apa kita mengolah sumber daya alam negeri ini, sejauh itulah kita bisa menghasilkan arus kemajuan bagi negeri ini.

Bangsa yang produktif akan menggerakan sumber daya yang ada. Lahan akan tergunakan. Kekayaan alam akan diolah sehingga punya nilai tambah. Perdagangan dalam dan luar negeri akan semarak. Maka lahirlah transaksi ekonomi yang menumbuhkan kesejahteraan.

Bangsa yang sejahtera akan memiliki daya beli. Daya beli akan merangsang roda ekonomi. Roda ekonomi yang bergerak akan mendorong arus pemasukan pajak. Pajak yang sehat akan meningkatkan besaran APBN. Dan APBN yang besar akan mendukung lahirnya pelayanan publik yang sehat. Ujungnya akan kembali kepada masyarakat, perbaikan infrastruktur, dan berbagai aspek pelayanan publik lainnya.

Maka, semua kembali pada satu tema sederhana : produktifitas. Produktif dalam arti terus berkarya adalah satu-satunya pilihan bagi negeri ini. Sebuah pilihan agar kita dapat keluar dari keterpurukan ini.

Kita harus mendorong sosok-sosok yang mau mengusahakan tergunakannya lahan-lahan yang kosong. Kita harus mendorong sosok-sosok yang bergerak membuat chip dari emas negeri sendiri, yang menghadirkan kosmetik dari kebun sawit lahan sendiri, yang mengemas wilayah eksotis di Indonesia menjadi objek wisata dunia.

Kita harus mendorong lahirnya sosok-sosok tersebut, dan itulah pentingnya... kita harus mendorong tumbuhnya para pengusaha Indonesia.

Agar para pengusaha semakin produktif, maka kita perlu menjalin ikatan antara satu pengusaha dengan pengusaha lainnya. Kita perlu membangun komunikasi yang baik antara pengusaha di wilayah satu dengan pengusaha di wilayah lainnya. Kita harus berjejaring untuk saling bertukar informasi dan menguatkan sumber daya.

Lalu, kita juga harus menumbuhkan para pengusaha dengan tahapan edukasi dan pendampingan. Para pengusaha nasional harus terus diberi bekal untuk membesar. Pengetahuan, keterampilan dan mental kepemimpinan untuk membesarkan bisnisnya.

Setelah itu, barulah kita akan melihat para pengusaha yang berdaya. Berdaya untuk berdiri dengan kakinya sendiri. Berdaya untuk membesarkan bisnisnya. Berdaya untuk memenuhi 1. itemkebutuhan pasar dunia. Berdaya di negeri sendiri.

Maka berjejaring, bertumbuh dan berdaya adalah pekerjaan besar yang harus terus menerus dilakuk

We need to build good communication between entrepreneurs in one region and entrepreneurs in other areas. We must network to exchange information and strengthen resources.
