It's still better to put your BTC in a wallet where you own the private key.

        I trust my hardware wallet more than i trust Bittrex thats for sure..

          Also jettison Windows and run Linux. Even an old machine will do nice and can be used solely for crypto trading. Far more secure than Windows, which is nothing but spy/bloat-ware.
