If i read right, the first one said "up to but not exceeding 7 days", that means, they intend to launch before 7 days. Its inline with the other insofar this one says earliest launch is tomorrow.
But maybe its two different groups anyways (and also my personal conviction)

I honestly think at this point there are enough people who are involved in the community and understand this isnt a bad thing. Sure we want it to release, but we want it to release the right way.
