SatanCoin: the crypto of chaos and destruction!

in bitcoin •  7 years ago  (edited)

It's always funny to see new "cryptographic jokes" coming on the market. Although these projects have no real purpose, the creative side of the thing is often entertaining. SatanCoin is a good satirical example denouncing the influx of new tokens created every day.

Have a good holiday with SatanCoin!

SatanCoin: "damned will be, your coins"

In a way, it is somewhat surprising that no one has created SatanCoin before today. Considering that we have seen some of the strangest tokens before even the hype of their ICO started, one would expect that the concept of "Satan" has already been widely exploited.

It must be said that from the outset, the SatanCoin site has a very dark and disturbing atmosphere. Even the artwork of the site gives the impression that this digital currency is used by masters of occultism around the world. After all, every "industry" could have its own currency in the years to come thanks to cryptocurrencies.

1 SatanCoin under the tree?

Each SatanCoin will allegedly inflict "infinite pain and suffering on its owner". Although this claim is probably wrong, the concept is funny, especially considering that the team says their creation is the "perfect Christmas gift". All the holders, will you also seem "victims of an unimaginable misfortune".

As might be expected, the demonic forces chose to issue their SatanCoins on the ERC20 protocol. But again, feeding this currency with the "sin and evil of humanity" will probably not be enough. An "ICO" associated with this token is therefore scheduled until Christmas Eve. A good way to prepare a Satanic Eve.

Only 666 SatanCoin will be issued

To maintain the occult atmosphere, the team found it necessary to issue only 666 SatanCoins, each piece being evaluated at 0.6666 Ether. There is, of course, a blackpaper associated with this project, rather than the traditional white paper. As a reminder, a white paper, "Whitepaper", is associated with holy and angelic activities and such thoughts have no place in the demonic world of SatanCoin.

The goal of the development team is to allow SatanCoin to be traded on EtherDelta during the year 2018. It will be interesting to see if this new ERC20 token will gain popularity on its release on the trading platform.

Since the launch of the Journal du Coin we have seen a lot of new tokens pass, some of which made us really laugh a lot. Examples include the Macron Coin (MCRN), or even the Useless Ethereum token (UET) which can be translated as "the Token Ethereum which is useless". It only remains to see how big the joke of Satan Coin will be.
