Hahaha this is funny. I think this cannot occur because these all crypto-currencies are worth as long as aggregate demand is high and when the price of it is too high people will not really demand to buy it that is why the value of it is decreasing significantly (well there are other reasons such as manipulations but I will not go into that right now) so destabilising the country's currency with bitcoin sounds so implausible to me I am afraid.
