Why is neo going up 3.1% in the last 24 hours to $157 — and up a staggering 153% in the last month. Neo currently has a market cap of $10.57 billion.. Because all the other favoured cryptocurrencies are lossing value.. Is the Chinese government trying to manipulate the market.. what is going on?
